Listing Lifecycle
Every listing goes through a review process before it's visible to buyers.
Statuses
Draft → Pending Review → Approved (live)
→ Rejected (with reason)
Draft
Your listing starts as a draft. Only you can see it. You can edit the description, price, and category freely.
Actions available: Submit for Review, Delete
Pending Review
After submission, an admin reviews your listing for quality and safety. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Actions available: None (wait for review)
Approved
Your listing is live on the marketplace. Buyers can find, browse, and purchase it.
Actions available: Unpublish
Rejected
The admin rejected your listing and provided a reason. You can see the rejection reason on your listing page.
Actions available: Revert to Draft (to fix and resubmit)
Common Rejection Reasons
- Incomplete or unclear description
- Team configuration has errors
- Content violates platform guidelines
- Security concerns flagged during review
Unpublishing
If you want to temporarily remove an approved listing:
- Go to your listing
- Click Unpublish
- The listing reverts to Draft status
- Existing purchases are not affected
You can resubmit later to go through the review process again.
Version Pinning
When a buyer purchases your team, they get the exact version at the time of purchase. If you update and republish, existing buyers keep their original version. New purchases get the new version.
