Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Workspace platform operated by Skillbase ("Workspace", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Workspace is a platform for configuring, deploying, and managing teams of AI agents. The service includes a visual team editor, persona registry, Telegram integration, container hosting, and usage-based billing.

2. Account and Access

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share your session or allow others to access your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Prepaid Credits and Billing

  • Workspace uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits via Stripe, and usage is deducted from your balance.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Billing is based on actual usage: per-token costs for AI model inference and per-minute costs for container compute time.
  • If your balance reaches zero, running teams may be automatically stopped.
  • Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. Existing credits retain their value.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Workspace to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or any form of automated abuse via Telegram or other integrations
  • Attempt to access other users' data, companies, or teams
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Use the platform to develop competing services by scraping or systematically extracting data
  • Circumvent billing by manipulating usage reporting or exploiting pricing bugs

5. AI Model Usage

  • AI model inference is provided via third-party providers. You are subject to the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, etc.).
  • AI-generated output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of any specific AI model. Models may be added, removed, or have pricing changes by their providers.

6. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform (team configurations, instructions, environment variables).
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your Telegram messages, AI prompts, or generated output.

7. Personas and Skills

  • Personas and skills from the Skillbase Registry are provided by community contributors and Skillbase.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or safety of third-party personas.
  • If you publish personas or skills to the registry, you grant Skillbase a non-exclusive license to distribute them through the registry.

8. Container Isolation

Each team runs in an isolated container on dedicated infrastructure. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure isolation, we do not guarantee absolute security. You should not store highly sensitive secrets (such as private keys controlling significant financial assets) in environment variables.

9. Availability and Support

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is".
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
  • Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: losses from AI-generated output, Telegram bot behavior, container downtime, or credit balance disputes.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, running containers will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
