Workspace uses a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your company balance, and costs are deducted as you use the platform.

How It Works

  1. Top up your company balance with any amount
  2. Deploy teams — costs are deducted in real-time
  3. Monitor your usage in the billing dashboard
  4. Top up again when your balance gets low

Both are deducted from your company's credit balance while a team is running.

Balance Warnings

  • Below $5 — amber warning on your company page
  • At $0 — red warning, all running teams are stopped automatically

Per-Company Billing

Each company has its own balance. Teams in different companies draw from different balances. This lets you separate costs for different projects or clients.

Keep your balance above $0 to avoid unexpected team shutdowns. Set up a recurring top-up reminder for critical teams.
