Manage your Google and GitHub account connections.

Connected Accounts

Workspace supports Google and GitHub as sign-in providers. You can connect both to the same account.

Viewing Connections

Go to Settings to see your connected accounts. Each provider shows:

  • Connection status (Connected / Not connected)
  • A Connect or Disconnect button

Why Connect GitHub

GitHub unlocks additional features:

  • Registry access — browse and install personas from the Skillbase registry
  • Publishing — publish teams to the marketplace
  • Registry token — automatically issued for API access

Without GitHub, you can still use Workspace — but you won't be able to search personas from the registry or publish to the marketplace.

Connecting a Second Provider

  1. Sign in with your current provider
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Connect next to the other provider
  4. Authorize in the popup
  5. Both accounts are now linked

Disconnecting

You can disconnect a provider if you have at least one other provider connected:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Disconnect next to the provider
  3. Confirm

Disconnecting GitHub removes your registry token and author ID. You won't be able to publish or manage listings until you reconnect.
